Link2Ticket has a transparent privacy policy that aims to store the least amount of customer personal data on its servers.
Personal data is stored on three levels.
At the site level, Link2Ticket will place a cookie in your browser computer to have all your order info available to our webpages during the order process. This cookie is discarded 30 minutes after your visit.
At the order level, Link2Ticket stores your name, e-mail address and all further data requested by the event organisation. The basic data is to identify you in case you lose your tickets and confirmation e-mail.
When customers indicate that they want to be kept up-to-date with new event info, your e-mail address will only be passed on to the event organisation you have bought your tickets for. This can then be used for promotional activities.
